Cylinder liners with zirconia ceramics sleeve

Amcor provides cylindrical liners made of zirconia ceramics, which are used in pumps for drilling under the most severe conditions.

Wear hardness and thermal resistivity have no match in comparison to any other materials of the sleeves. Moreover, the use of such sleeves allows to increase the service life of the pump piston by half, in comparison with the standard chrome-plated sleeve.

All liners have a stop ring to prevent the sleeve from slipping during use. Hardness — RC91-95. Service life is more than 4000 hours.
