Valves and saddles

Amcor manufactures the following valves and saddles:

• Valves with fully open saddle (Roughneck Style)
• Valves with 3 and 4-support saddle

Valves and saddles are manufactured in the USA in accordance with API 7-K and ISO 9001 certificates, passing quality control at all stages of production. The casing is made of a single piece of forged steel, providing a long service life, and surfaces subject to wear are made of high-carbon steel. They are applicable for pumps that pump the drilling mud on synthetic and water bases.

Valve casings are equipped with a replaceable nut to facilitate replacement of the insert only when necessary.

Amcor provides the delivery of all consumables to products — springs, inserts, nuts, washers.
