Requirements for the candidates:

  • Higher professional education;
  • Skills of written business communications;
  • Experience in HR (would be an advantage);
  • English – Intermediate;
  • Orientation on result. Ability to face challenges;
  • Attentiveness;
  • Advanced PC user, Excel;
  • Ability to work with vast amounts of information;
  • Responsibility.

Duties:

  • CV screening;
  • Publication of vacancies on web-sites, in social networks, use of various sources to search for candidates;
  • Sending of letters to candidates;
  • Testing and interviewing of the staff;
  • Phone interviews;
  • Job interviews, assessment of professional and personal qualities;
  • Receiving, redirection of incoming calls, fax messages, e-mails;
  • Document management (incoming, outgoing documentation, courier services);
  • Fulfilment of manager's instructions.
